Electric Vehicle Showcase
With more than $27-million available in B.C. government incentives available, there’s never been a better time to get into an electric vehicle. Join our special EV buyer’s guide and get your vehicle featured in the luxury or non-luxury categories. Every full-page ad receives a page of editorial to feature your EV. As part of this package, we’ll also create a two-minute video of your EV for our Auto Show Video tour, which will be available online. We have a limited number of positions, so contact us to be part of the EV Showcase.
New Vehicle Previews
Our writing team will select new vehicle models for our Best of 2019 Buyer’s Guide. Manufacturers receive a full page of new car previews to go with their ad placement. The page includes photos and specifications to help highlight your brand’s best new models.
New for 2019:
• Connectivity Corner showcases the latest in vehicle wi-fi, mobile applications and entertainment systems.
• Certified Used provides an overview of the OEM certified used vehicle programs that help brands get customers into their cars faster.
We’ll have more in-language editorial content aimed specifically at Vancouver’s affluent Asian community, as well offsite distribution with media partner, Ming Pao daily newspaper.
The Show Guide’s English and Chinese versions have been available in as digital flip books since 2014, resulting in 10,800 unique visitors and 224,560 page views.
For 2019, we’re adding iPhone and Android apps of both versions, allowing our readers to have offline access to the show guide at any time. Online show buyers will be encouraged to download the mobile app during their ticket purchase, up to two weeks prior to the show.

After a successful launch in 2018, the Official Floor Plan is back with new opportunity for brands to feature their top new models.
The brochure-style publication will still contain a floor plan of the two levels of the 2019 show, as well as editorial on the must-see highlights. Now, as the exclusive daily floor plan sponsor, you have the opportunity to include a ‘poster-style’ image to include on one half of the publication. (We’re offering this additional feature to address the fact that 50 per cent of survey respondents told us that they took the floor plan home after the show.)
The brochure is being expanded so that the 6″ x 9″ folded product becomes a 24″ x 18″ map-style publication when unfolded.
This exclusive sponsorship includes logo placement on the floor plan cover, plus 6″x9″ ad space on one of the panels. It’s being offered as part of a package to Show Guide advertisers on a first-come, first-served basis. The floor plan publication will only be printed in English in 2019.

There will be 7,000 copies distributed daily. A different exclusive sponsor is featured each day. The publication will be hand-distributed at the entrance of the show.

Make your last impression the one that counts
Join us in this special promotion that’s designed to encourage show guests to go to your dealer network for test drives.
How does it work?
The Ticket to Drive display area will be set up at the exit to the show. As a show guide advertiser*, you can join this additional promotion for $895 (net) per featured vehicle. Each package comes with a 6′ pop up banner showing an image of the featured vehicle and test drive ‘tickets’ handed out by our Show Guide hosts. The vehicle will also be featured in the Show Tour video available at the Ticket to Drive website. Each tour lasts two minutes and provides an inside and outside view of the vehicle, as well as voiceover narration.
Attendees can scan the QR code on the ticket to open a test drive reservation form. Completed forms are sent to your brand’s website or directly to local dealers. There are different codes for each of the featured vehicles.
Brands will also have the option of setting up their own kiosk and displaying out of home ads in the ticket area to promote their participation in Ticket to Drive. Ask us for more details about space and cost.
To encourage test drive bookings, there will be more than $1,000 of prizes available through a random draw.
(*Based on availability, non-advertisers will have the opportunity to participate in Ticket to Drive for $1,595 per vehicle. There will be 16 vehicle test drive positions available.)
